A dynamic logistics firm based in Newbury is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves processing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient communication with customers and suppliers. Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday (30-minute lunch break)
Location: Newbury (occasional travel to the Oxford branch - frequency can be agreed and will be on the candidate's preferred schedule each month)
Driver required: Due to the rural office location, candidates must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

We're recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day logistics and distribution function across two operational sites. You'll take a customer-focused approach to managing the end-to-end process for incoming and outgoing goods from receipt through to shipment and delivery.
This is a hands-on role within a busy, growing team. You'll liaise with suppliers, customers and couriers to ensure shipments are booked efficiently, documentation is accurate, and deliveries are tracked and communicated effectively. You'll also support internal stock movements between sites, keep records up to date, and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
