Overview

Healthcare Logistics. We are seeking an organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to help oversee day-to-day business operations within an international medical device company servicing the NHS. The role will focus on ensuring smooth supply chain processes, regulatory compliance, and efficient resource management to support business growth and excellent customer service. Experience of goods in / Goods Out Kit booking etc. It is essential you thrive in a fast moving logistics environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operational activities across warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and delivery standards.
  • Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, health & safety, and ISO standards.
  • Monitor and report on operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, and service teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Warehouse, supply chain, and logistics role (medical or regulated industry desirable).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and quality management systems
