The Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you\'ll play a key role in supporting the import/export team. You\'ll gain exposure to customs procedures, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination — all while working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Ocean team
  • Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
  • Accurately update shipment details and client records
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and agents regarding documentation
  • Assist with deliveries, releases, and file completion
  • Monitor shipment progress and escalate issues when necessary
  • Generate invoices and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Update internal logs and customer reports using Excel
  • Learn HMRC processes and Port Inventory Systems under supervision
  • Support the team with additional operational tasks as needed
