Qualifications

• Strong Local Authority Planning Law experience.
• Experience working as a Principal or Senior Lawyer.
• Confidence in working independently and supporting junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle a complex planning caseload including high-level s.106 agreements.
• Provide clear, robust advice to Senior Members and stakeholders.
• Attend and advise at monthly Planning Committee meetings.
