Dream Medical are working with a small but thriving GP surgery in Bracknell and require a Practice nurse to join the team on an ongoing, locum basis.

You will be competent with up to date certificates in
Chronic disease management including diabetes, COPD, asthma, hypertension, CKD, CVD, ECGs, NHS health checks, Dressings and B12s. Cytology, travel and baby vaccinations are desirable but not essential.

The Practice is in a central location which is easily accessible via public transport but also offers a staff car park. You will be part of a friendly multi-disciplinary team who are welcoming and helpful. The Practice have excellent CQC results therefore require a professional and dedicated nurse to maintain their already sterling reputation.

Requirements:

• NMC Registration and Pin
• Up to date certificates for essential skill sets
• Enhanced DBS issued within 1 year
