Overview

Job Title: Older Adult Specialty Doctor, London

Specialty: Older Adult
Band/Grade: Specialty Doctor
Location: London
Salary: £60 – £70 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Older Adult Specialty Doctor to work with an NHS Trust in London. This part-time locum position is based in a Community setting working in the elderly people mental health team for the trust. Proposed working hours will be Monday – Thursday, 32 hours a week. The role begins ASAP for an initial 3-month contract with an option to extend. This position is inside IR35 payment guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work within the elderly people mental health team in a community setting.
• Provide clinical care as an Older Adult Specialty Doctor.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to support patient care.
• Participate in service development and patient safety initiatives as required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Specialty Doctor.
• Preferably in Old Age Psychiatry, but not essential.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and appropriate practicing registration.
