Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a popular local authority based in Warwickshire. They are looking for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3‑month contract with potential to extend.

They are looking for someone who is newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Litigation Law.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £26.04 - £31.31 per hour

Umbrella - £29-£35 per hour

Responsibilities as a Locum Litigation Solicitor

• Dealing with criminal litigation including advising on cases, drafting information, and conducting cases in the magistrates court.
• Liaise with and instruct counsel or external solicitors where needed.
• Dealing with civil litigation cases including the preparation and conduct of cases in the county court and high court.

• A qualified Solicitor NQ – 3 years PQE in Litigation law
