Description:Part-time/Full-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in an Independently owned practice near Shipley, West Yorkshire
• Monday 8.30am – 7pm, Tues-Frid 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Fixed day rate £450-£500 per day no Target
• 50% split on Private & Labs
• Hygienist & Therapist on-site
• 5 Fully computerised surgeries
• Digital X-Ray
• On street parking

- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
