Locum Consultant in ENT Surgery – Part Time (8 PAs).

Applications are invited for the post of Locum Consultant in Ear, Nose and Throat in General ENT (adult and paediatric) to join the team of Consultants at Whipps Cross Hospital. This is a 6‑month fixed term post with opportunity to extend for 12 months. The post holder will be involved in the delivery of the ENT service at Whipps Cross Hospital covering the hospital’s non‑elective and elective patients across day case, inpatient, benign and cancer specialities. Candidates will be provided with great opportunities and facilities to develop their careers and interests.

Main duties of the job
  • Demonstrate commitment to teamwork with colleagues.
  • Develop clinical care pathways in the overall management of ENT patients.
  • Assist in teaching and research in the department.
  • Participate in an on‑call rota of 1:8 weekdays and 1:21 weekends.
