Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of Agency and bi-lateral transactions.
• Record new loan account details accurately and promptly.
• Review draft loan/legal documentation from an operational perspective.
• Maintain and update internal procedures and policies.

Skills

Strong understanding of LMA and LSTA style loan documentation
