Qualifications

• Experience of leading a team delivering a project production or service.
• Experience of working collaboratively with technical engineering and creative colleagues.
• Experience of managing a 365-day rota.
• Experience of working in a radio studio tv gallery or on live events with minimal supervision.
• Experience of working within strict editorial guidelines - OFCOM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Managing the team rotas.
• Providing bespoke training along with technical and operational documentation.
• Working closely with commissioning scheduling and marketing colleagues.
• Monitoring reporting and investigating on-air issues.
• Assisting the Head of Presentation in the longer-term planning and development.
