Overview

Live Out Child-Friendly Housekeeper Job in Virginia Water

Our client, based in Virginia Water, is looking for a full-time live-out housekeeper to join their household. The family consists of a couple with two young children, aged seven and three. They are hoping to find someone warm, calm, patient, and friendly who will fit naturally into the household and become a trusted part of family life.

The position is primarily housekeeping focused, as the family already employs a part-time nanny and the mother is often at home. Your direct involvement with the children will therefore be very limited, although you may occasionally be asked to keep an eye on them if both the mother and the nanny are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing to a high standard
• Making beds and changing bed linen
• Running errands
• Flower arranging

House: 7 bedroom, large home

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Start: 7:30–8:00 am
• Finish: 3:30–4:30 pm
• Includes a 30-minute lunch break
• Total: 40–45 hours per week

Salary

• £39,000 gross per year (45 hours/week)
• £35,000 gross per year (40 hours/week)
