Job description

Our clients, a professional family living in Selling, Kent are ideally looking a full-time Nanny / Housekeeper, or a part-time Nanny.

They have 3 children aged 4, 6 & 6 years who attend school locally which is around a 15-minute drive away from the family home. It is imperative that you are a confident driver, as you will be required to do the afternoon school pick up, along with the occasional morning drop off, depending on the parents working schedule.

The children have various hobbies and partake in afterschool clubs, so are looking for someone who is proactive, energetic, and fun to keep their three very active children engaged.

The couple are pretty flexible in regard to whether you would prefer to take on part-time wrap around care, or a full-time (35-40 hour week) Nanny / Housekeeper type position.

A typical working week will be Monday - Friday and will include the following duties :

• Afternoon school pick up & occasional morning drop off
• Helping with homework
• Playing stimulating games
• Meal prep / dinner for the children
• Bath time
• Light housekeeping of the children’s areas
• Preparing school bags and kits for the next day
• Babysitting and overnight stays
• Available to look after the children during school holidays or when they are off school sick

If you were to take on the Nanny / Housekeeper role, the additional duties below would apply :

• General housekeeping of the family home
• Laundry and ironing
• Changing of bed linen
• Batch cooking for the whole family

The couple are ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible and are open to live-in or out candidates. If you require to live-in, you will be provided with your own bedroom and bathroom within the residence. The family will shortly be moving to Stalisfield and there may be the possibility of separate accommodation within the grounds of the house.

It is a preferred that you possess the following :

• Prior experience
