Litigation Solicitor - Cheltenham - 5+ years PQE
Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid & Flexible)

Salary: £70,000 to £85,000

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator to take on a senior role within a collaborative and progressive environment, handling a broad range of complex disputes and contributing to team development.
This Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a wide variety of litigation matters, including:
You\'ll manage your own caseload, assist on director-led matters, and support junior team members. The role involves advising a diverse client base, including corporates, charities, trusts, and individuals, formulating strategy, drafting legal documentation, instructing counsel, and representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
This is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with hybrid working supported. Flexibility is offered to suit role and client needs.
