Litigation Solicitor - Cheltenham - 5+ years PQE

Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid & Flexible)

Type of Role: Full-time

Salary: £70,000 to £85,000

Chadwick Nott are pleased to be working with a well-regarded law firm in their search for a Litigation Solicitor to join their established dispute resolution team in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded litigator to take on a senior role within a collaborative and progressive environment, handling a broad range of complex disputes and contributing to team development.

The Role

This Cheltenham-based role offers exposure to a wide variety of litigation matters, including:

  • General civil and commercial disputes
  • Property litigation
  • Contentious probate

You\'ll manage your own caseload, assist on director-led matters, and support junior team members. The role involves advising a diverse client base, including corporates, charities, trusts, and individuals, formulating strategy, drafting legal documentation, instructing counsel, and representing clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years PQE in litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
  • Experience across a broad range of dispute resolution matters
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, collaborative approach
  • Willingness to contribute to business development and team growth
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role based in Cheltenham, with hybrid working supported. Flexibility is offered to suit role and client needs.
