Litigation Solicitor | Uckfield | 3+ PQE

You’ll be working alongside one of the firm's most respected figures, a well-known Partner and Head of Litigation with a track record of securing outstanding results for clients across a broad spectrum of disputes. The Role

You’ll be at the heart of a busy litigation department that takes pride in providing realistic, practical advice to resolve matters efficiently often through mediation, arbitration, or negotiation, but with the skills and tenacity to fight cases through the courts when needed.

You’ll manage a varied dispute resolution caseload, including:

• Property and boundary disputes
• Contract and shareholder disagreements
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Debt recovery
• Consumer and supplier conflicts
• Contentious probate claims

About You

• You must be a Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years+ PQE in civil litigation, property litigation and/or commercial litigation (no upper limit on experience)
• Strong technical and advocacy skills, with a client-focused approach
• Confident managing cases from start to finish
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills

Location

Primarily based in Uckfield, East Sussex with the option to be considered for other offices within Sussex, Kent or Surrey.
