The Opportunity

Due to strategic growth, the Litigation team is seeking a Solicitor with 2+ years PQE who has developed a broad base of litigation experience and is now ready to specialise in more complex, high-value matters.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded litigator to work alongside some of the leading legal minds in the region. You will be exposed to a varied and challenging caseload, including:

Property Litigation

• Easements
• Lease Renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and relief
• Residential and commercial possession claims
• Leasehold enfranchisement
• Co-ownership disputes

Commercial Litigation

• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Corporate and personal insolvency
• Guarantor actions
• High-value and complex debt recovery

You will be mentored by a highly-experienced Head of Department and work closely with senior colleagues. For the right individual, this role offers market-leading development and progression prospects.

Requirements

• You will have 2+ years' PQE and a solid background in litigation
• You will have handled a wide range of litigated matters
