Line Technician

Location: Harlow

Pay: Competitive salary of £35,000 (FTE)

Hours: 41.25 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Two-weekly rotating shift cycle

Shift Times:

  • 06:00 - 14:15
  • 14:00 - 22:15
  • (Weekend coverage may be required)

Staffright are recruiting for our client based in Harlow, a well-established and growing global FMCG manufacturer, for an experienced and motivated Line Technician to support high-speed production operations.

The Role

As a Line Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring production lines operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production line equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults
  • Complete line changeovers and setups
  • Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in FMCG or high-speed manufacturing
