A leading food and beverage company is seeking a Line Performance Manager at the York Factory. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement and building team capabilities in a dynamic FMCG environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and a proven track record in production management. You will coordinate resources, drive operational excellence, and ensure adherence to Safety and Quality regulations in a team-oriented workplace committed to diversity and inclusion.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, driven individual to join our Nestlé Confectionery business within our Factory as a Line Performance Manager, reporting directly to the Area Manager. This role is a key role for the factory; responsible for building the improvement strategy whilst having full accountability and autonomy for driving their area to World Class performance levels in Safety, Quality, Cost and Service.
In order to achieve this, the Line Performance Manager will lead the TPM journey within their area and passionately focus on building individual & team competences to execute critical standards with excellence, while building team autonomy and a continuous improvement mind‑set.
Nestlé York Factory is the home of the iconic confectionery brand Kit Kat amongst several other well‑known brands such as Aero, Milky bar and Yorkie. These are produced through controlled process plant and automated filling and packing lines.
