Line Leader

Location: Bilsthorpe

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 (flexible finish times up to 19:00)

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour | £16.25 per hour after 40 hours

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Line Leaders to join a well-established food production site in Bilsthorpe. This is a key position within the production team, responsible for overseeing a small team on the line, ensuring daily targets and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of operatives on a production line
  • Monitoring output to ensure productivity and efficiency
  • Ensuring quality control checks are completed and recorded accurately
  • Supporting the training and development of new and existing staff
  • Reporting any issues with machinery or production flow to supervisors
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards
  • Assisting with packing, grading, and preparing produce as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is essential
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
