Lift Service Engineer | Southeast | £35,000 - £45,000

Due to continued growth in our client's Service Department, they are looking for an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join their friendly and dedicated team covering the South region. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established company that values its people and offers long-term career stability, training and development.

About the Role

As a Lift Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our customers' lifts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and regular service visits
  • Attending breakdown callouts and completing minor lift repairs
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and providing excellent service
  • Fault-finding and problem-solving across a wide range of lift makes
  • Working independently to diagnose issues and keep customers informed
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Manager
  • Participating in the regional 24/7 standby/callout rota, including contribution to the Christmas shutdown cover

You’ll be an important part of a supportive team where no two days are the same.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience working as a Lift Service Engineer
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good communication skills and a commitment to delivering great customer service
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential)
