Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a Lift Service Engineer for a static site in Harrow. The successful candidate will manage their own site, perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and deliver high-quality service to customers. Required qualifications include NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience. If you are self-motivated and organized, this could be the next step in your career. Qualifications

As a Static Site Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping lift equipment operating safely and smoothly. You'll carry out routine maintenance, diagnose faults and ensure customers receive a high-quality, dependable service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of your own static site
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate
  • Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site
  • Travelling throughout the coverage area
Key Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
  • Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
