As Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Kolsquare, your mission is to plan, execute, and optimize all email marketing initiatives that engage, nurture, and guide our audiences through each stage of the funnel, from first touch to conversion and retention.
You will own the global email strategy and performance, designing high-performing journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and measurable pipeline impact. Your goal is to ensure that every message contributes to a consistent experience for prospects and customers across all markets and segmentations.
Reporting directly to the Head of Growth & Digital Marketing, you’ll manage all email communications at Kolsquare, from top-of-funnel thought-leadership content to bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns.
Your scope covers all lifecycle and email campaigns, including newsletters, nurturing flows, lead generation campaigns, event invitations, product updates, personalized outbound activations, and more.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Digital, Content, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver campaigns — whether automated or one-shot — that are timely, relevant, and tailored to each segment, persona, and market maturity.
