Job description

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our Financial Services Client at a pivotal moment where you will own the lifecycle strategy, define and deliver end-to-end marketing programs across the customer journey. In this role you will support in driving retention, cross-sell, and up-sell campaigns, ensuring customers see continuous value.

You’ll play a key role in shaping customer engagement strategies during a high-growth phase, have exposure to cross-functional teams and leadership, driving initiatives that directly impact retention and revenue and join a team that values creativity, collaboration, and agility.

Other role requirements will involve..

  • Project manage complex campaigns – from planning through execution, measurement, and iteration.
  • Create and adapt customer-facing content (with the support of our content team).
  • Work cross-functionally with analysts, product, engineering, CRO, and content colleagues to bring initiatives to life.
  • Adapt and innovate strategies in line with new product capabilities and platforms post-launch.

Key skills needed:

  • A strong background in retention / lifecycle marketing (experience in SaaS, fintech, or subscription-based products is highly valuable).
  • Ideally hold 5+ years’ experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
  • Proven project management skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Experience in the EMEA market is a strong plus.
