Responsibilities


  • Generate and Manage Leads: Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and following up on exclusive warm leads provided by the company.

  • Conduct Needs Analysis: Interview prospective clients to understand their financial situations, risks, and goals to recommend appropriate coverage options.

  • Explain and Sell Policies: Present and explain the features, terms, and benefits of various insurance policies, including auto, home, life, and commercial.

  • Process Applications: Complete all necessary paperwork and applications accurately and efficiently to bind new policies.

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting with renewals, policy changes, and the claims process.

  • Meet Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with market trends, product changes, and state regulations to provide expert advice


Qualifications


  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, though not always required.

  • Licensing: A valid state insurance license is required. We will provide comprehensive paid training and support for unlicensed candidates to help you pass the state exam.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport and explain complex information clearly.

  • Drive for Results: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a strong work ethic.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a pipeline of clients and follow-ups.
