Overview

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join their Residential Property Department at the firm’s Plymouth office on a full-time, permanent role.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, registered, and unregistered property

  • Grant and surrender of easements and covenants

  • Remortgages

  • Transfers of equity

  • Landlord and tenant matters from instruction through to completion

Client base

The client base ranges from individual residential purchasers to developers and investors.
