Job summary

An art institution in Glasgow is seeking a Library User Support Assistant to work within the Library Services Department. This role involves supporting library users and working closely with the library team to provide effective use of library and IT facilities. Library User Support Assistant (0.5 FTE) | Library Services | Location: Glasgow, G3 6RQ | Grade 4, £28,031 - £31,236 per annum pro rata | Permanent | 17.5 hours per week

The Glasgow School of Art is looking to appoint a User Support Assistant to work within the Library Services Department. Working closely with the Library team (Collections, Learning Technology and User Services) to support a wide range of duties to ensure that all users are able to make effective use of library, learning technology systems and Library IT facilities and software.
