Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive primary school environment? Aspire People are partnering with a well-regarded Manchester primary school seeking a proactive and experienced Level 3 TA to join their team.

The Role

You will work closely with teachers to support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
  • Assisting with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom organisation
  • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Supporting assessment and tracking pupil progress
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • Recent UK primary school experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
