About the Role : As an Early Years Educator in the Toddlers Room, you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for our active toddlers. You will be responsible for:

• Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that caters to the individual needs of each toddler.
• Providing sensitive care and support, including toileting routines and encouraging independence.
• Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Observing and assessing toddlers\' progress, documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child\'s progress.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.
