Overview

***FULLY FUNDED L2/L3 NVQ H+SC ADULT APPRENTICESHIP*** This role is a fully funded Health and Social Care adult apprenticeship role.

Responsibilities

• Includes days/evening and weekend working to support people to live independently in their own home.
• The role includes personal, social and domestic support for adults aged 18+.
• The role will involve supporting people living with a variety of health and social conditions, including MND, Epilepsy, Glut 1+2 Deficiency, Dementia. etc
• The apprentice programme will include fully accredited medication, first aid and moving and handling training.
• The role is a minimum of 16 hours per week and expectation of study online with support from a mentor.

Requirements

• The successful candidates should have a full valid UK drivers license and access to their own vehicle - because this role is across the DN10 rural village locations.
