Lettings Negotiator - Leeds • £26,000 OTE • Full-time | Office-based

Are you an energetic, customer-focused individual looking to develop your career in property? Our client, a highly regarded lettings agency based in Leeds, is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong people skills, great attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for lettings enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Match tenants with available rental properties and arrange viewings
  • Conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Accurately manage appointments using the Vebra diary system
  • Maintain property listings on Rightmove and other marketing platforms
  • Handle general office enquiries from landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Process tenancy applications, including references and paperwork
  • Ensure all administrative and filing tasks are completed efficiently
  • Order and track \"To Let\" and \"Let By\" boards
  • Support the Lettings Manager with day-to-day operations and tenancy setups
Skills & Experience
  • Previous customer service experience (estate agency or property background desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and professional manner
  • Organised, proactive, and confident multitasker
  • Computer literate (Vebra or similar software experience a bonus)
  • Full UK driving licence essential
