Be part of a friendly team! A busy London EC1 office is seeking a capable Lettings Coordinator to manage compliance lettings administration and tenancy progression within a fast-paced residential lettings environment.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Coordinator following an internal promotion within the business.

This role sits at the heart of the lettings operation and requires someone confident managing the full administrative process independently while working closely with the wider team.

The position is Monday to Friday 9am6pm with no weekend work required.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
  • Managing lettings administration from offer agreed through to move-in
  • Handling compliance deposits AML checks and relevant legislation
  • Assisting with tenancy progression and associated documentation
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping across internal CRM systems
  • Liaising with negotiators landlords tenants and third parties
  • Supporting the branch where required in a high-volume environment
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience)
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a lettings administration or coordination role
  • Strong understanding of compliance deposits and lettings legislation
  • Confident organised and able to manage workload independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume office
  • Experience with Properly or Reapit is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Team-focused approach this is a standalone admin role within the branch
