In London our aim is to double our leased and managed portfolio in the next three years and this is where you will be able to apply your excellent property, negotiation, and commercial skillset.

KEY TASKS
  • Source suitable property in line with The Squa.re property strategy
  • Create and maintain relationships with new landlords and agents in existing and new geographical areas to ensure a steady housing supply
  • Exercise sound business judgement, identify, investigate and analyse development opportunities, including innovative solutions
  • Prepare timely, accurate & professional reports & proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms for new and renewed contracts
  • Networking at property industry events to build new relationships with intermediaries, agents etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Candidate will have 1 – 5 years work experience in the property industry and be confident and well presented
  • Must be driven, ambitious and enjoy the interaction of the transaction process
  • Ability to negotiate and build fruitful formal and informal partnerships to achieve strategic objectives and improve outcomes
  • Ability to create and sustain strategic and productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Professional communication skills in English (phone, e-mail, face-to-face)
  • Proactive and fast-paced, with a can-do attitude
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Good understanding of legal terminology and contract agreements
  • Excellent negotiation & presentation skills
  • Passion for property with a desire to develop professionally
  • Candidates with existing relationships and experience in Central London preferred
