Chef de Partie - £31,590 per annum - Fresh Food Restaurant at Poole Leisure Site

We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic, fast-paced restaurant at Poole Leisure Site. This is your chance to work with a fresh food menu, alongside a talented team, in a kitchen that values creativity and excellence.

Your Schedule
  • Hours: 45 per week, 5 days out of 7
  • Shifts: A mix of straight and split shifts
  • Busy Days: 200+ covers - plenty of action and energy!
What You'll Be Doing
  • Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards
  • Maintaining food safety and hygiene compliance
  • Working efficiently during busy service periods
  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations
  • Assisting with stock control and ordering when required
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
