Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Drafting legal documents, preparing contracts, and managing correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
  • Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
  • Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 612 months preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry processes
