This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and develop the corporate affairs function of this growing organisation, driving change in the property sector, improving processes, and creating opportunities for people to advance on the property ladder. Previous experience in the property or real estate space is imperative.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic insight and analysis on political, legislative, and regulatory developments affecting the property and financial services sectors.
  • Support senior leadership in external policy engagement, including consultations, committee hearings, and industry forums.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and policy alignment across communications and legal departments.
  • Promote understanding of the political and regulatory environment internally, embedding public affairs awareness within the organisation.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform ongoing strategies.
