A forward-thinking law firm in Liverpool is looking for a Legal Assistant to join their client support team. The role involves managing a high volume of client inquiries while providing accurate and timely information across various high-profile cases. Location: Liverpool (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)
Salary: £26,000+ benefits
Contract: Permanent, full-time
We are working exclusively on a Legal Assistant opportunity with a forward‑thinking, client‑focused law firm known for its impactful group litigation work. This firm offers a collaborative environment and a strong support structure, making it an excellent place for someone who thrives in a busy, people‑oriented role.
This is a high‑volume, client‑facing role, sitting at the heart of the firm’s client support team. You will act as the first point of contact for inbound client calls – up to 80 per day – across various high‑profile cases. These include matters such as mission claims and sensitive product liability work. You will be actively involved in ongoing litigation, kept informed of developments, and will work closely with Partners and team leads to ensure clients are supported with accurate and timely information.
You’ll be joining a supportive team of eight, with three team leads and a highly approachable manager. The firm places strong emphasis on training and collaboration.
