The Role

Due to growth, the firm is adding a Legal Counsel in London. Responsibilities include advising on corporate real estate transactions, focusing on joint ventures, SPVs, accounts, and funds. The role involves working with top-tier global law firms as external counsel.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE, preferably with corporate or corporate real estate experience at a reputable law firm.
• Experience in structuring and negotiating real estate joint ventures and co-investment vehicles is highly desirable.
• Experience with funds and SPVs is beneficial.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, influencing ability, and project management skills.
