Overview

In-House Commercial Legal Counsel

This Manchester based in-house legal team is seeking a commercial solicitor. This is a brilliant company with a special culture including company day trips, holidays, and office get togethers - a lovely place to work by all accounts.

This is teamed with sensible working hours, good control over your own work-life balance, and excellent day-to-day/project work to get your teeth into - a good opportunity for a commercially focused and confident lawyer.

The company is within IT although technical knowledge and industry speak is not required - this job is all about commercial contracts, and your attitude to client advice and risk is going to be all important. The legal team is valued by internal stakeholders and has good visibility across the company. The sales teams here work closely with Legal and have a good working relationship.

The expectation is that you are in the office for at least 2 days per week. You will be trusted and treated like an adult.
