A fast-growing UK-based software company is looking for a junior to mid-level Technology Counsel to join its legal team. What You’ll Do:

Advise on software licensing, SaaS agreements, IP, and data protection

Draft and negotiate commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners

Support product and engineering teams with legal input across the development lifecycle

Contribute to legal operations, templates, and internal training
