Responsibilities
  • Taking calls from clients and passing messages to fee‑earners.
  • Dealing with the administration aspects of client matters.

  • Managing electronic documents sent to and from external parties.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules (advantageous).
