An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join my clients highly regarded property team in their Chichester offices on a hybrid basis.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.

Requirements
  • Has prior experience working in a Property Department both Residential and Commercial.
  • Possesses excellent secretarial, administrative, and IT skills, and is comfortable working in a paperless environment.
  • Is self‐motivated, highly organized, and able to multitask and work independently, while also being a team player.
  • Demonstrates exceptional client care and communication skills, with the professionalism to engage with clients and third parties.
  • Works efficiently and accurately under pressure, with superb attention to detail.
  • Can help ensure files remain compliant with our internal procedures, Lexcel accreditation standards, and assist with general secretarial duties.
