Legal Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Bromley, Kent

£16 per hour (£16,640 per annum)

Permanent | Part-Time

Hours
  • Monday: 9am-5pm (8 hours)
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 9am-3pm (6 hours each)
  • Total: 20 hours per week

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a small and busy criminal defence law firm based in Bromley. They are looking for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of their office.

Key Duties
  • Answering calls and greeting clients
  • Diary management and scheduling court dates
  • Managing confidential client files
  • Filing documents with the court
  • General office administration and billing support
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience using LEAP software (mandatory)
  • Previous secretarial or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Professional and client-focused approach
Desirable
  • Previous experience in a law firm
