Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Multi Skills - Construction to join our forward-thinking team on a casual basis. Responsibilities
  • Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in multi-skills construction.
  • Contributing to curriculum design, development, and quality improvement to meet industry standards and enhance student outcomes.
  • Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression while offering targeted guidance and support.
  • Using digital and face-to-face teaching tools effectively to support learning and success.
  • Engaging in professional development, research, and sharing knowledge to contribute to the academic community.
