Job description

As we continue to expand and enhance our services, we’re looking for a driven and organised Leasing Associate to join our New Business team based at our head office in Altrincham. This role is a key part of the leasing journey and offers a fantastic opportunity to get stuck into a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday / 8am to 5pm

1 in 2 Saturdays, Saturdays 10am-3pm with a day off in the week

Following a successful probation period, you’ll have the flexibility to enjoy some work-from-home days.

The Leasing Associate will be the first point of contact for new leasing enquiries, managing leads and supporting the site teams to ensure a smooth, seamless process for prospective tenants. You’ll help us maintain our high standards of service while juggling deadlines, priorities, and a variety of tasks.

What You Will Do

• Manage enquiries and leads via phone and email
• Qualify leads against set criteria and book viewings across sites
• Keep portals and listings up to date
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis
• Ensure accurate data entry and system management
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external applicants
• Work to deadlines and performance targets
• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with database or booking systems (desirable)
