  • Maintain and evolve user structures, course libraries, learning pathways, and reporting functions
  • Support the Talent Development Team and subject matter experts (SMEs) to upload, assign and track learning
  • Provide scalable end-user support and guidance, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage system improvements
  • Curate and maintain learning libraries (internal and external content)
  • Manage catalogue structure, tagging, and discoverability of learning content
  • Monitor usage and effectiveness of digital content; recommend improvements based on data
  • Reports on user completion of learning, particularly but not exclusively compliance learning
  • Align content with overall learning strategy and business needs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver engaging, high-quality learning materials (e.g. e-learning, videos, guides, toolkits)
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to content creation and development
  • Support the digital delivery of programmes (virtual sessions, blended learning journeys, toolkits etc.)
  • Liaise with and complete supplier set up with all external learning providers (across the Talent Development team), platform partners, and content creators as required
  • Manage onboarding and contracts of third-party suppliers across the Talent Development team
  • Own the learning budget administration; raise POs, track spend and reconcile invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of spend, provide management reporting and ensure alignment with budget allocations
  • Identify cost efficiencies and ensure compliance with procurement policies
