A community-focused organization in Greater London seeks individuals for a support role, providing one-on-one assistance to young adults with learning disabilities primarily in Guildford and Woking. This role emphasizes the promotion of independence, social skills, and community access. Location: Our sessions are based at community venues across Surrey, with this role being primarily based in Guildford and Woking.
Hours: Variable Hours contract working primarily on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am-4pm, during term time.
Annual Leave: 30 days pro‑rata, inclusive of bank holidays.
Training: Fully paid training is given and further development opportunities are available.
We are looking for people to support learners in an outreach capacity on our fantastic community based learning programme, Building Futures, around the local Guildford and Woking areas.
