Working hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (Full-time, Permanent)
Provide individualised and group support to students aged 4-18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Collaborate on and implement IEPs, foster a positive learning environment, and assist students with daily living skills. Monitor student progress, behaviour, and interventions. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.
Minimum 6 months' experience supporting students with SEN. Experience in an ABA/CABAS setting is highly advantageous.
Skills required:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; patience, empathy, and a positive attitude; strong organisational and time management skills; proven behaviour management experience.
Educational requirements:GCSEs in Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent).
