• Knowledge in Service Industries, Business and Travel.
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
• Work closely with lecturers and support staff to ensure inclusive learning.
• Help students build confidence and study skills.
• Support learners in workshops, classrooms, and training environments.
• Monitor progress and contribute to support plans.
