Overview

Fixed term until November 2026

At Nescot, we are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong IT skills, particularly in data management systems such as EBS, SharePoint, and Excel. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and timely completion of tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and liaison with external partners. A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to supporting learners with SEN are vital. The successful applicant will be a natural problem-solver, able to identify and implement more efficient ways of working and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Special Educational Needs (SEN) data across multiple platforms, including EBS, SharePoint, and Promonitor.
  • Lead the annual planning and implementation of key processes, ensuring staff are informed of critical deadlines and procedures.
  • Develop and run accurate SEN data reports for senior leaders and support the calculation of financial estimates for High Needs Learners in collaboration with Faculty Coordinators and Local Authority commissioners.
  • Identify errors, resolve data issues, and proactively solve problems to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Maintain close liaison with the SEN D Assessment Manager, Assistant Principal, and Learning Support teams to ensure smooth application, assessment, and enrolment processes for learners with EHCPs.
  • Manage monthly payroll submissions for Learning Support Assistants and ensure compliance with OFSTED criteria for SEN provision.
  • Attend relevant meetings, ensure timely completion of Local Authority returns, and support departmental reporting needs in partnership with MIS.
  • Monitor, update, and evaluate data processes; support staff training and contribute to the continuous improvement of SEN services to enhance learner outcomes and equality of opportunity.
