Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School – Fareham

GSL Education are delighted to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Fareham, Hampshire, which is seeking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Full-time Learning Support Assistant, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • Supporting students across year groups and subject areas
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to enhance learning and engagement
  • Encouraging pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Working in close partnership with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a purposeful and supportive learning environment
